Brenda L. Martinson is owner and founder of San Diego Personal Business Services, a Personal Assistant/Business Consultant company located in Carlsbad, CA. For more than 20 years, she has been in leadership roles for small to mid-sized companies in the health-care, real estate and training & personal development industries. Working with top-level executives and managers, Brenda has designed and implemented organizational and efficiency systems to help companies improve profits and optimize their people.

As a licensed Real Estate agent and Certified Property Manager she assists clients in managing their investment properties and coordinating home improvement projects. She is also the founder and owner of Aviara Pet Sitting, Etc. a professional pet sitting business, where Brenda is a licensed, bonded and insured pet sitter.
She has been part of the Adjunct Faculty at National University for Human Resource subjects and holds a certificate in Human Resource Management. She received her B.A. in Business Management and her M.H.A. in Health Administration from Chapman University. Brenda is a member of NAPO-San Diego, a local association of professional organizers.
She has served on the Board of Directors for Elderhelp of San Diego and Chairperson/Business Resource Committee for the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce. She is involved in community outreach programs through her church and has spend many years fundraising and supporting local Sudanese refugee boys who relocated to San Diego from Southern Sudan.
She is married, has two beagle rescue dogs and resides in Carlsbad, California. Her hobbies are walking on the beach, learning new recipes to cook healthy meals and spending time with her bookclub friends.
